What Is A Healthy Eating Diet?

If you've ever heard of a healthy eating diet, it is one which gives you the most nutrition. Nutrition means that you are getting, not only enough of every need vitamin including Vitamin-A, all of the B-Vitamins such as riboflavin and beta-carotene, but the lesser known vitamins such as Vitamin-K.

If you eat sunflower seeds or use sunflower oils, you'll be getting plenty of vitamin-E. So, a healthy eating plan is one which contains lots of organic vegetables such as cucumbers and Romaine lettuce, peas and pea pods, brussel sprouts¡ in fact, the more variety you get, the better you'll be. The body likes variety, and vegetables alkalize the body, helping to balance out all that acidic pH that America loves so well.

Breads such as white flour breads, acidify. So do almost all medications, alcohol acidifies the system, dried beans acidify (even though they're a vegetable), carbohydrates of all sorts acidify, meat acidifies¡ so if you're not getting enough fruits and vegetables, your body's pH might be off and you'll become unhealthy. Thus, a healthy eating diet is one which contains lots of balanced pH foods.

We all should eat, to a certain extent, the same foods a diabetic would eat. A diet for diabetics is designed to balance out the blood sugar levels, and we could all have that occur. If you start feeing edgy and jittery even though you didn't drink any caffeine, and you start really needing food because you're not feeling well. That's called hypoglycemia, and it's caused when the levels of glucose in your body become erratic. Eating protein will make that annoying feeling go way. A healthy eating diet is one where the blood sugar levels are balanced.

Low carb diet plans tries to eliminate such things as pizza, hamburger and hotdog rolls, white bread, spaghetti, white sugar, and all other unhealthy starches. A healthy eating diet will include fruits in place of bread or spaghetti, and complex carbohydrates in place of things like pizza. Substitute nuts such as walnuts, almonds (they alkalize), peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or cashews. Try different kinds of complex carbohydrates such as whole oats, triticale, kashi or the such for breakfast; cream of wheat is a good healthy eating food, too.

A diet, low carbohydrate, will be much healthier for you. That fat gut that you have came from all that alcohol you just drank last night. Not only is it causing an overrun of yeast in your intestines which causes you to get mean and have panic attacks; but you're just not happy. Your body knows how badly you're treating it, and it wants you to stop. A healthy eating diet is one which has little to no alcohol in it. The alcohol is asking you to drink alcohol. You aren't free; you know you are a prisoner of the alcohol and you never in a million years ever wanted to be imprisoned by anything at all. Stop doing it, right now. You'll feel better, both mentally and physically. It's causing a lot of your current problems, and you know it is. Start eating a healthy eating diet.
